This small pitcher is unmarked, but I believe it is by Stetson USA. 1945-1965 It is 5.25" tall. It doesn't appear to be hand painted and isn't transparent.
I'm not sure of the exact age. My camera lens has a crack and it looks like there is a smudge near the border but there isn't. Pick up is available in the Hayward and Dublin areas of California or I can ship.
